- Contributions: any words, definitions, examples, or notes you submit.
- Operational data: timestamps, IP address (transient), and basic request logs needed to keep the Service secure.

To operate the Service, attribute and review your contributions, prevent abuse, and improve dictionary quality. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies & storage
We use first-party storage to keep you signed in. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
4. Sharing
Personal data is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (managed database, authentication). Public contributions are attributed under our Content License.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@discussionpublishers.example.
6. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymous, published dictionary entries are retained as part of the scholarly corpus.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
8. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the “Last updated” date.
