Discussion Dictionary (the “Service”) is operated by Discussion Publishers. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to register. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Service

• Do not scrape the Service except via documented public endpoints with reasonable rate limits.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security feature.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or hateful content.

4. User Contributions

You retain ownership of content you submit (contributed words, definitions, examples). By submitting, you grant Discussion Publishers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, edit, translate, distribute, and re-license your contribution under our published Content License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

5. Editorial Discretion

All contributions are subject to editorial review. We may accept, edit, decline, or remove any submission for any reason.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform code, brand marks, and curated compilation of entries are © Discussion Publishers. Individual entries are released under the Content License linked above.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Definitions are scholarly references, not professional advice. Discussion Publishers makes no warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discussion Publishers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
